Jak odblokować tlenofon na ISA

Witam,

próbuję odpalić tlenofon z wnętrza sieci za Windows SBS (ISA). Dodałem
port UDP 4569, bo taki latał po logach, ale nadal się nie łączy. Nie
wiem co dalej. Czasami pojawia się wpis w ten deseń:
