Chyba nie w 100% ntg: msgsrv32 odpowiada m.in. za współpracę z hardware
(ale i wiele innych funkcji). Nierzadko błędy w tym module związane są
ze sterownikami, ustawieniami biosu itp.
Tak, czy inaczej proponuję wpisać w google "msgsrv32 error", a tu
fragment z supportu MS, do czego służy msgsrv:
