Podkręcić czy nie - Pentium III 500@600?

Witam grupowiczow!

    Program o nazwie SiSoft Sandra, w informacji o porcesorze napisal, ze
moj model (Pentium III 500) moze robic od 450 do 600 MHz. W instrukcji do
plyty glownej pod opisem SETUP'u znalazlam taka oto informacje:

"Using the three items above, you can configure the mainboard so that it
runs a processor faster than the rate clock speed. We strongly recommended
that you do not overclock the processor. Overclocking can introduce excess
heat, recurring instability, or even complete failure in your system".

Tak sie zastanawialam, czy (skoro SiSoft Sandra twiedzi, ze moj procek moze
robic do 600 MHz) to nie moglabym ustawic sobie w tym Setupie rzeczywiscie
na 600 MHz. Moja plyta to P6BAT-A+ w wersji 2.04 z ukladem VIA na pokladzie.
